Delivery time

5 to 10 business days from the moment we confirm your order. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Mexico

Shipping is calculated from Cocula, Jalisco to your final destination anywhere in the country. The cost is shown at checkout, based on your postal code.

United States

Same rule: shipping is calculated from Los Angeles, California to your final destination. Prices are shown in US dollars and there are no customs procedures involved, because the order ships from inside the United States.

Carriers

We work with the main carriers: Estafeta, DHL, Paquete Express and more. We choose the one that serves your area best.

How do I track my order

When your package ships, we share the tracking number with you. You can also check the status of your orders from your account, under My Orders.
