Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026. This notice applies to purchases and customer support in both Mexico and the United States.

1. Who is responsible for your personal data

Grupo RBTX México, S. de R.L. de C.V., which operates the Lolita Boutique store, with address at Agustín Yáñez 39, Col. Centro, 48500 Cocula, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data of customers in Mexico and for the general operation of this online store.

RBTX Group LLC, located at 3140 E Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, California, 90023, United States, is responsible for operations and customer support in the United States, and for the processing of personal data associated with those operations.

Both companies are part of the same group, apply this same privacy notice and share the protection standards described here. For any matter related to your privacy, in either country, write to us at info@lolitaboutique.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number and, where applicable, your company name.
  • Delivery data: shipping address, city, state, postal code and country.
  • Billing data: whatever you provide so we can issue your receipt or invoice.
  • Account data: email address, encrypted password, order history, wishlist and cart.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and approximate country.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We also do not store card numbers, security codes or expiration dates: payments are processed directly by Stripe and that information never passes through our servers or remains in our possession.

Our store is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.

4. What we use your data for

These are the purposes that are necessary to provide you with the service:

  • Process, prepare and ship your order.
  • Charge you and, when applicable, issue refunds.
  • Issue your tax receipt or invoice.
  • Handle questions, exchanges, returns and claims.
  • Create and manage your customer account.
  • Prevent fraud and misuse of the store.
  • Comply with legal, tax and customs obligations in Mexico and the United States.

5. Purposes that are not necessary

With your consent, we may also use your data to send you information about new collections, promotions and news, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it. You may refuse these purposes without affecting your purchase or the service, by writing to us at info@lolitaboutique.com.

6. How we obtain your data

Directly from you, when you make a purchase, create an account, fill out the contact form or write to us on WhatsApp, email or social media. Also automatically, through cookies and similar technologies, when you browse the site.

7. Who we share your data with

  • Stripe, to process card payments.
  • Shipping and courier companies, to deliver your order.
  • The provider of the e-commerce platform that hosts the store.
  • The analytics tool that measures how the site is used.
  • Between Grupo RBTX México and RBTX Group LLC, when your order or your claim needs to be handled from the other country.
  • Competent authorities, when there is a legal obligation to do so.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. These transfers are those necessary to fulfill our legal relationship with you and, under article 37 of the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, they do not require your consent.

8. Transfers between Mexico and the United States

This store serves customers in both countries from a single platform, so your data may be stored and processed in both Mexico and the United States. If you buy from the United States, your information may be processed in Mexico; if you buy from Mexico, it may be processed in the United States when delivery or support is handled from there.

In both cases we apply the same protection measures described in this notice, and we require our providers to process your data only for the purposes stated here.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping your session, remembering your cart and storing the language and currency you are viewing. We also use measurement cookies to learn, in aggregate and without identifying you, which pages are visited most. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, bearing in mind that some features, such as the shopping cart, would stop working properly.

10. Your ARCO rights if you are in Mexico

You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when it is inaccurate or incomplete, to Cancel it when you consider it is not required for any of the purposes in this notice, and to Object to its use for specific purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@lolitaboutique.com including your name and a way to contact you, a copy of an official ID, a clear description of the data your request concerns, and any document supporting it.

We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days and, if the request is granted, we will act on it within the following fifteen business days.

10. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw the consent you gave us at any time by writing to the same email address. Please note that in some cases we will not be able to act on the request immediately because of legal obligations we must meet, and that in others withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide you with the service.

11. Limiting the use of your data

If you do not want to receive promotional communications, write to us at info@lolitaboutique.com and we will stop sending them, without affecting your purchases or your account.

12. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as there is a relationship with us and, afterwards, for as long as applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations in Mexico and the United States require. Once that period is over, we delete it or turn it into information that no longer identifies you.

13. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data. The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to the information is restricted to the staff who need it for their work. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Notice for United States residents

This section applies if you reside in the United States and supplements everything above. Nothing described here limits the rights you may have under the law of your state.

Responsible party in the United States

RBTX Group LLC, 3140 E Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, California, 90023, is the entity responsible for operations and customer support in the United States. You may direct any request regarding your personal information to info@lolitaboutique.com or to that same address.

Categories of personal information

In the last twelve months we collected the following categories: identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number and address; commercial information, such as the products you purchased and your order history; internet activity information, such as the pages you visited on our site; and approximate location data derived from your IP address, at the country or region level, never precise location.

We do not collect categories of sensitive personal information as defined by state privacy laws, and we do not carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, nor have we done so in the last twelve months. We also do not sell or share the information of minors under sixteen. The third parties listed in section 7 act as service providers and may only use your information to provide us with that service.

Your rights

  • Know what personal information we collect about you, where we obtained it, what we use it for and who we share it with.
  • Obtain a copy of the personal information we keep about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, with the exceptions the law allows.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, although we do neither.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for having exercised any of these rights.

How to exercise them

Send your request to info@lolitaboutique.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We need to verify your identity before responding, so we may ask you for information we already have in your account or order history, such as the email you purchased with or an order number. You may designate an authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf, providing proof of that authorization.

We will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within a maximum of forty-five calendar days, which we may extend by an additional forty-five days when the request requires it, letting you know beforehand. If we deny your request, we will explain why and how you can appeal that decision.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with information, write to us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or the applicable regulations change. The current version will always be published on this page, with its last updated date.
