Returns and Exchanges
Last updated: August 24, 2026. This policy applies to purchases made on lolitaboutique.com from Mexico and from the United States.
All sales are final
We do not accept exchanges or returns for preference, size, color or change of mind. By confirming your order you accept that the purchase is final.
We ask you to review the description, photos and measurements carefully before paying. If you have any doubt about a garment, message us on WhatsApp before you buy: we reply the same day and we are glad to help you choose.
Damaged, incomplete or wrong item
This is the one case we do handle, and we always handle it. If your package arrives open or damaged, if a piece is missing, or if what you received does not match what you bought, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@lolitaboutique.com with your order number.
- Send photos of the garment and of the package as it arrived, including the carrier label.
- We review the case and get back to you with a solution: replacement of the item or a refund, depending on the case.
This protection does not replace or limit the rights the law grants you as a consumer in Mexico or in your state of residence in the United States.
Orders cancelled before shipping
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not left our warehouse yet, we can cancel and refund it. Once the carrier has picked it up, it is no longer possible.
Refunds
When a refund applies, it goes back to the same payment method you used, through Stripe. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, normally between five and ten business days.
Wholesale purchases
Wholesale orders follow this same policy: all sales are final. Anything involving damaged or missing merchandise is reviewed directly with your assigned contact.
