Returns and Exchanges
Last updated: August 24, 2026. This policy applies to purchases made on lolitaboutique.com from Mexico and from the United States.
All sales are final
We do not accept exchanges or returns for preference, size, color or change of mind. By confirming your order you accept that the purchase is final.
We ask you to review the description, photos and measurements carefully before paying. If you have any doubt about a garment, message us on WhatsApp before you buy: we reply the same day and we are glad to help you choose.
Theft, loss or damage during shipping
Before your order leaves, we photograph the package already packed and sealed. That documents the condition and contents it was handed to the carrier in.
If you want coverage against theft, loss or damage caused by third parties in transit, let us know before we ship so we can add insurance with the carrier you chose. It is the way to protect your order in transit and we can only arrange it if you ask us in advance.
If the package arrives open, damaged or incomplete, write to us right away on WhatsApp or at info@lolitaboutique.com with your order number and photos of the garment and the package as it arrived, including the carrier label. With that we file the claim with the carrier and follow it through with you.
None of the above replaces or limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer in Mexico, nor those you may have in your state of residence in the United States.
Orders cancelled before shipping
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not left our warehouse yet, we can cancel and refund it. Once the carrier has picked it up, it is no longer possible.
Refunds
When a refund applies, we process it within 24 to 48 business hours to the same account the payment came from. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Wholesale purchases
Wholesale orders follow this same policy: all sales are final. Anything involving damaged or missing merchandise is reviewed directly with your assigned contact.
