Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 25, 2026.
What this document covers
These conditions apply to purchases made at lolitaboutique.com and at the physical boutique. The store is operated by Grupo RBTX México S de RL de CV for sales in Mexico and by RBTX Group LLC for sales in the United States. By confirming an order you accept what is described here.
Prices and currency
Prices in Mexico are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and those in the United States in dollars (USD). The valid price is the one displayed at the moment you confirm your order. Prices may change without notice, but a later change never affects an order already confirmed.
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards online, processed by Stripe; bank transfer arranged over WhatsApp; and cash at the boutique. The order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
Garment availability
We run the same inventory for the online store and the boutique, so a garment can sell on the floor while you have it in your cart. If that happens after you have paid, we let you know the same day and you choose between swapping it for another garment or getting your money back through the same method you paid with.
Sizing
The size guide is a reference and measurements can vary from one garment to another depending on the cut and the fabric. Check it before you buy and, if you have any doubt, message us on WhatsApp: we reply the same day and help you choose.
Color on screen
The color you see depends on your screen. Every monitor, phone or tablet reproduces color differently, so there can be a slight difference between the photo and the physical garment. The photos are a faithful reference, not a color card.
Shipping
Delivery times, carriers and shipping cost are explained on the shipping page. In short: five to ten business days from the moment we confirm your order, with shipping calculated from Cocula, Jalisco for Mexico and from Los Angeles, California for the United States.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final: we do not accept exchanges or returns for preference, size, color or change of mind. Cases of an opened, damaged or incomplete package, and coverage against theft or loss, are detailed on the returns and exchanges page. Read it before you buy.
Purchases at the boutique
At the boutique we carry one-off and seasonal pieces. Holding a garment requires payment; without payment nothing is reserved.
Invoicing
In Mexico, Grupo RBTX México issues the corresponding CFDI; request it with your tax details within the month in which you made the purchase. In the United States, RBTX Group LLC issues an invoice governed by United States law, in California.
Site content
The photographs, the texts and the design of this site are ours. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Your personal data
How your data is handled is explained in the privacy notice, including your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection.
Governing law
For purchases made in Mexico, Mexican law applies and the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco have jurisdiction. For purchases made in the United States, the laws of the State of California apply.
Changes to these conditions
We may update this document when our operation changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date above.
